San Jose Parks & Recreation provides accessible summer camp experiences through Camp San Jose (full-day for ages 5–12) and Camp San Jose Jr. (half-day for ages 3–5). Both programs combine traditional camp traditions with enrichment activities, team-building games, arts and crafts, and educational projects. Full-day campers participate in field trips and skill-building activities with a low leader-to-child ratio. F.I.T. Camp (ages 7–12) offers fitness activities, enrichment, interactive games, and a healthy cooking club. Free meals are available to qualifying youth ages 5–16. Scholarship programs support eligible families, with flexible payment plans and 75–100% scholarship options available.
