Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA — Wildlife Camp

Nature and wildlife education summer camp for ages 8–13 at the PHS Wildlife Care Center in Saratoga, featuring animal encounters, nature excursions, and ecology lessons.

The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA Wildlife Camp gives children an up-close look at local wildlife and ecosystems at the organization's Wildlife Care Center in Saratoga. Each session blends art projects, animal-themed games, nature crafts, and daily activities along the Learning Path with interactive exhibits. Nature excursions teach campers to observe local wildlife, identify tracks and species, and explore ecosystems stretching from the Bay Area to the Central Coast. Two age-specific weeks are offered (ages 8–10 and 11–13) in July. Closed-toe hiking shoes are required; the camp operates outdoors rain or shine.
