Bay Area Chess — Summer Chess Camps
In-person chess summer camps for all skill levels, ages 5+, at Peninsula and South Bay locations including Palo Alto, San Jose, and Burlingame.
Bay Area Chess offers structured week-long chess camps across the Bay Area, welcoming absolute beginners through advanced rated players (USCF 800+). Each day includes group instruction, organized games, puzzles, and free-play chess in a fun, supportive environment. Half-day morning (9am–1pm) and afternoon (1–5pm) blocks are available at most locations; registering for both creates a full-day camp at a discounted rate. Master Chess Camps serve rated players ages 7–17 looking to develop competitive skills. Peninsula and South Bay locations include Palo Alto, San Jose, and Burlingame, with summer sessions running June through August.
